We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, contact details, delivery address, family details, and donation information, when you apply to a program, refer a family, donate, volunteer, or contact us.
We use your information to operate our programs (including deliveries and the Nutrition Journey Index), process donations, communicate with you, coordinate volunteers, and report aggregate, de-identified outcomes to funders and partners. We never sell your personal information.
Survey responses and family information are kept confidential and used to support each family's journey. Outcome data shared with school partners and funders is aggregated and de-identified wherever possible.
Donations are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
You can update your contact information, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it by emailing contact@sundaylunchbox.com.
