Join us on the eve of the Winter Solstice for our inaugural T’uffins 4 Teaching workshop. This is a virtual cooking class; you and your kids will learn how to make our holiday T’uffin, which features peanut butter, carrots, honey, cranberries, seeds, and seasonal spices. They will learn simple kitchen skills including grating carrots, cracking eggs, and measuring batter. Our educational material focuses on seasonality of vegetables and the many benefits of eating local, in-season fruits and veggies.
As part of the course, you’ll receive a T’uffin Kit the weekend of December 18/19 delivered to your home containing all ingredients for the class.
